Delete your NSMQ Game data
NSMQ Game has no account. Your progress lives on your phone, and we do not keep a copy on a server of ours. Deleting it takes a minute.
1. Delete what is on your phone
- Open Android Settings > Apps > NSMQ Game > Storage and choose Clear storage. This removes your progress, coins, settings and downloaded question pictures but keeps the app installed.
- Or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the same data. If your phone backs up app data to your Google account, the backup follows your Google backup settings (Settings > Google > Backup).
Your purchases are tied to your Google account, not to the app's data. If you reinstall, the shop's restore option brings them back. Clearing data does not cancel or refund a purchase.
2. Data held by other companies
- Google Play Games. If you used Play Games with the app, manage or reset that game's data in the Google Play Games app under the game's settings, or through your Google account.
- Ads. Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalization in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. Data already held by ad companies follows their policies, linked from the privacy policy.
- Unity services. Basic usage statistics are collected by Unity under its privacy policy, where you can find its request options.
3. Ask us
If you would like us to confirm what we hold about you, or to delete an email conversation with us, write to guildstudios676@gmail.com with the subject "NSMQ Game data request". Do not send passwords or card details. We aim to reply within 30 days. Because we hold no account data, in most cases the only thing we can find is your email.
